    Change of Office Address Outside the City Under the Same Registrar of Companies

    • Filing of Form INC-22 and MGT-14
    • Certified copy of the special resolution
    • The latest No-objection Certificate (NOC) scanned copy from the property owner if the registered office is on leased or rented property.
    • Lease/Rent Agreement, if the office premises is rented/leased.
    • Scanned copy of (Not older than two months, preferably the latest one) (used for Address Proof):
      • Latest bank statement
      • mobile or telephone bill
      • gas or electricity bill

    Change of Office Address Outside the City but Under Different Registrar of Companies

    • Filing of Form INC-22, INC-23 and MGT-14
    • Resolution of the Board regarding the change of address
    • Special Resolution passed to confirm the change of address.
    • A declaration that the company has not defaulted any payment to their workers and the creditors have given consent about the shift of address by two directors or the key managerial personnel of the company.
    • Acknowledgement copy of intimation made to the Chief Secretary of the state about the proposed change in the address of the company.

    Change of Office Address from One State to Another State

    • Filing of Form INC-22, INC-23, INC-28 and MGT-14
    • Altered Memorandum of Association (MoA)
    • Copy of the Detailed minutes of the meeting of the extraordinary general meeting approving the change in the address
    • Depending on the situation, copy of the executed Vakalatnama, Power of Attorney, or the Board Resolution.
    • The list of all the creditors and the debenture holders with the details of the amount due to each of them
    • The signed declaration by the Company Secretary and at least two Directors will state that they have given the complete details of the creditors, and there is no other due except the amount mentioned in the list above is owed to any of them.
    • A signed declaration ensuring that no employees will be retrenched due to the change of address to another state
